Overview

Personal health record database is established by collecting subscriber ledgers, claims, health checkup data, and PHR (life logs, disease scales, patient reported outcome, etc.) from the health insurance associations that have introduced PepUp.

PepUp is a health care platform for health insurance associations, which distributes information according to the health status of each subscriber, based on claim data, health checkup data, and other information.

Types of data

We provide patient reported outcomes, which are collected from PepUp. It is also possible to conduct voluntary questionnaire surveys for PepUp subscribers and provide the results in association with claims, subscriber ledgers, and health checkup results.
